PART 1: SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
1. SMS Program Overview
NEXFIX Pro LLC (“NEXFIX Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an SMS communication program to coordinate facility maintenance and handyman service(including HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing) scheduling, job updates, account notifications, and customer care communications with our service network. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from NEXFIX Pro LLC at the phone number you provided.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from NEXFIX Pro LLC through the following methods:
- Submitting the contact form at nexfixpro.com/contact with your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox
- Replying START to any initial message from NEXFIX Pro LLC
- Verbally providing consent to a NEXFIX Pro LLC representative
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to opt in the phone number provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan. NEXFIX Pro LLC does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from NEXFIX Pro LLC
- Contacting us at info@nexfixpro.com and requesting removal
- Calling us at (602) 894-7506 during business hours
After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
